A class to learn the basics necessary for playing and the basics of how to play
The first face-to-face lesson for those who are starting sitar.
This class teaches you what you need to play a sitar (you can sell it if you don't have one), how to hold an instrument, how to tune it, how to string it, and so on.
Also, even if you have taken this course once, you can take this class again if you want to review the basics again while changing the strings and tuning yourself.

North Indian classical music class
A class that explores North Indian classical music (improvisation) for those who have already learned the basics of playing and those who have experience.

I want to play the sitar! While thinking, I didn't even know how to make the sound, but I was able to connect with Chie-san and start learning.
At first, I was surprised at the size of the instrument and the number of strings (20!). I had a lesson face-to-face, and at that time I felt like "I'm looking forward to it!", But the next morning, I strongly thought "I want to play fast! I want to feel that sound!". I think it's such a mysterious and attractive instrument.
I take lessons online, and it conveys Chie's love for sitar. I even think that the concept of being taught may have changed. I think it's a lesson that teaches you how to love sitar rather than how to play an instrument. Wonderful.
